How to restrict multiple logons

Does anybody know of a way to restrict multiple logons using the same account within the web client?

Re: How to restrict multiple logons

What about a password that is not known to everybody?
Assuming you mean that an ACT! user account is used by more people than you want them to...
IF user AND pwd are known to more than 1 person, ACT! will technically not be able to prevent multiple logons.

Create a new user with BROWSER access with a password.

Change the password on the active user.

Re: How to restrict multiple logons

The issue we are having is because ACT cloud seems to be bug ridden, the users are moving between browsers to complete tasks.  This leaves the session open therefore locking the user on the next attempt to login.
