How to make fields Media (wav/mp3) in ACT2011 Premium

How to make fields Media (wav/mp3) in ACT2011 Premium

Any addon ?  or Link ??

No such default fields available, but is there a workaround ?

Some people may use even ACT as music database,or similar.

Don't say :...... it is impossible, ...as my teacher told me in 1960 to go to the moon....

You could make this a URL field and change the defaul to be file:// and then put the link to the file you want to link to works for many of my clients when linking to a particular client folder.

Thanks Paul

That is for me One Step in the good direction:

I have made a new field SOUND as  URL

Made Default  ://

Now comes the trick, I did so as above, my file is in C:\Sound\English.mp3

What to fill in in that sound field ??

English.mp3 or

C:\Sound\English.mp3 ?

I need this later  in a drill down Crystal Report for PDF file.

Sofar no results

William, thanks !

in a url field if you are pointing to a local file the default needs to be file:// and then the path excluding the c:
