How to import Outlook Contact "Notes"

Is there a way to import the "Notes" from the contact records in Outlook?

Yes.  If you have Outlook 2000 or higher you should be able to map the notes of your outlook  and import them into ACT!.  in ACT! click File/Import and use the wizard.

Re: How to import Outlook Contact "Notes"

I have already imported all of my Outlook contacts from an Excel text file. How do I import just the Outlook notes to those contacts? Do I have to start over and re-import all data? I would hate to do that  because then I would lose all of the groups that I established.

Why did you go via Excel? ACT! can import from Outlook?

Make a backup first, but you might try importing the Outlook file, set the Duplicate Checking on, and set the Merge Option to skip matching records and bring in the Notes
