We have ACT 2011, 1 parent, 2 remotes. I just noticed that 1 remote user's email messages are recorded in the history as an attachement (paperclip) rather than the expanded view (which I prefer). This appears to be occurring when a contact replies to an email message.
I can't recall what settings need to be changed to have the expanded view. )I thought it was in email preferences in ACT, but now I am wondering if it was through Outlook. I don't recall what we need to change.
