We're using Sage ACT! Premium 2012 Version 14.1.108.0 and SwiftPage EMarketing. We only have "basic" SwiftPage service.
We're doing email blasts of 6000 contacts (1K per day), and getting long lists of undeliverables in our reports. I would like to use the reports to flag database records that emails are incorrect.
The last time I did this it took days to manually flag all the records. Does anyone have a method for getting ACT to use a list of failed email addresses to flag (change a field value) in each corresponding record?
I don't understand why this capability isn't built in to either ACT or SwiftPage.
Thanks,
Bob

Hi Bob,
The easiest way to do this is to use Keyword Search as follows:
Menu Lookup|Advanced|Search on Keywords
Search for "Score= -02 Tag= Status=Invalid " (without the ")
Select Type=Contacts
All Contacts
Check for Look in only Histories
Click Find Now etc...
