How to Configure History to Track Field Changes

How can I configure the History tab to track ALL changes to contact fields.  Currently, the History shows emails, opportunity won, and a few field changes such as ID status, and Last Results, but we need to log all field changes, i.e.. who changed what when.

You can track field changes by configuring each field to "Generate History" under Tools -> Define Fields -> Edit Field.

Thanks so much for the information.  I'm not the administrator, but will pass along to that person so that we can tighten up our field change logging!
