How to Change bulk Companies to different Teams

Hello All,

 

I have Sage ACT 2012 V14. Premium for Web installed for 20 users.

There are 27000 contacts and approx 11000 Companies.

There was a requirement to create Team and assign records to specific Teams.

I have already done with assigning Contacts to the specific Teams by doing lookup by State and changed the Access Level and selected Limited access to Teams.

But i have a very big challenge to assign 11000 companies to 4 different Teams which i found is not possible.

I tried to do lookup and tried to change the access level but unfortunate i was not able to do so.

Client wants to Change Status from Public to Limited for 11,000 Companies to set up Teams.

Whats the easiest way? I can't seem to do this in Companies List.

Do anyone came across to similar issue?

If anyone of you have some solution would be highly appreciated.

It is going to need an add-on to do this in bulk. Might be worth the money.
