From the contact, I entered "Send Email" and nicely, the email (minus the attachment) gets logged inside ACT alongside the contact. I'd like that to be also logged with the company they belong to so when I go to the company, I not only see the person who is in the company, but all emails from people at that company I've corresponded with. Anyway to do that or easily see that activity without drilling down to each contact?

If you have created a Company record, and linked that contact to the company, it should be "entered" automatically. In fact, that's what Company records and associated (linked) contacts is for - Notes, History (incl emails), etc all should be "rolled-up" when viewing the Company record.
Are you not seeing *anything*, or just emails, or what?
