How do you create a report with ID Status?

I'm thinking of uploading into ACT! v. 18.1 Premium Desktop, two different list of leads.

I'm going to keep them "separate" but in the same database by identifying each list with a different ID Status in the field on the upper right side of the ACT! screen.

When I want to create a report / list of all of the contacts in one of the ID Status's (let's say for example one of the ID's is  March 2017 leads), how would I create such a report or list?

Thanks, in advance.

You can use and of the existing reports depending on what you want in it or simply order the fields in list view and export to Excel

BUT before you do either do a lookup of the ID Status field first.

To run a report select the Current Lookup option.

To Export to Excel, once you have the lookup just Export using the Excel button icon.

While the ID Status field could be used, it would potentially cause problems for the report you want. The better choice would be to create a special field for lead type. That field could be used in the design ao a report to divide your leads into two separate lists.
