How do I adjust Timeout value for auto logoff in ACT! Premium v18?

are you kidding about emailing support - I hear they are swamped with all the calls about v18 and I was on hold for one hour and gave up!

ok I have done that and got in the queue.
I have another question - I am using IE10 and Windows 7.
when compatibility view turned off, detailed view is fine. When I go into list view, the options "omit selected" and "lookup selected" are greyed out. I cannot select any rows.
When compatibility view if turned on, detailed view is messed up. When I go into list view, the options "omit selected" and "lookup selected" are available and I can select a row or multiple rows.

IE10 is not supported for Act v18. I would suggest upgrading to IE11 where the options you mention work as expected when compatibility view is off.
