How create mailing label report with HOME ADDRESS?

Hi,

 

I used to use Act ten years ago and am trying to help someone who has 2009.  I want to print Avery 5160 labels, but the default label is for business addresses.

 

I tried creating my own report label, but the city, state and zip fields don't line up correctly.  I remember doing this years ago and I wasn't able then to make it look "normal".  There would either be a huge cap or the fields would run into one another.

 

Am I missing something?  How can I create use a simple address label?  Thanks.

The ACT! 2005 and later reports work completely different from the ACT! 6 and before. You need to use a custom field to concatenate the city, state and zip fields. There is a knowledgebase document on that subject.

Thanks, but that's actually for the old version of ACT.  Roy's reply appears to be what I need, but I can't figure out how to create a custom field that incorporates a home address, city, state and ZIP.  Can Roy or someone else tell me where I can find the knowledge base article?  Thanks.
