How To Control Databases Listed When Clicking File

When I click on "File" and view the bottom of the dropdown, I see a list of 4 databases.

Where is this list controlled?

For example, if I go to Documents >> ACT >> ACT Data >> Databases I see 4 database names 2 of which are active and 2 I thought had been deleted.

Additionally, there is one that doesn't show that should be in that list.

Where does the ACT program draw the list in the File Dropdown from?

Many thanks,

John Purdy

Re: How To Control Databases Listed When Clicking File

What you're referring to is a Windows MRU (Most Recently Used) lit and is likely stored in the registry. It could be anywhere in the registry and if memory serves the Key will be labeled MRU.
