Our company is using ACT!2008 Premium. Recently, one of our users have random duplicates of other people's contacts. On our master database, about five contacts are showing that they're his (as the Record Creator and Record Manager), yet the histories and activities tab are blank. For example, contact A and contact B show the same information for all fields, but contact B (his contact) doesn't have history nor activity. But contact A has a different Record Creator and Record Manager and the Create Date would be from three to four years ago and it has history information.
Does anyone have ideas why this has happened?
