You can take away the permission in Tools | Manage Users | Added Permissions.

Really?

In ACT! PRO is not available that option.

Another option?

I didn't realize that it wasn't an option in the Pro product.  I very seldom work with the Pro product.  If it isn't an option then you would need a custom addon to do it or you could just upgrade to the Premium product.

The ability to restrict users from Exporting to Excel and Deleting Contacts are the two big differences with "User security" between ACT Pro and Premium. When I am consulting with customers as to which product is right for them, I always ask them how important security is to there business, and if they say "high", then these two issues will push them up to Premium on their own.
