I downloaded the Hot Fix 3 and when I looked at my version of Act! premium I have a different version. How do I update my 2011 version 13.0.401.0 Hot Fix 2 to the version that the download applies to?

In order to apply Hot Fix 3, you will first need to Service Pack 1 (SP1) update. To apply this update, please see KB Article 27290. Once you have applied this update, then you can install HF3.
Please note that if you are using a shared database or a remote database that syncs to a shared database, then all users must also update to SP1, starting with the machine hosting the database. In this case, please consult with your network administrator for an update implementation plan.
