History showing up under company history rather than contact history.

History showing up under company history rather than contact history.

I am unable to view contact history. When I link a history with a contact name, it shows up under the company history rather than contact history, even though the contact is linked. How can I solve this?

Welcome to the Sage ACT! Community. Are you recording the history directly under the contact's record? Also make sure your filters under the contact History tab are set to all dates, all types, and all users.
