All of a sudden this morning several of my users are complaing that when they send email to contacts in ACT! the history of the email is not being recorded in the contacts. I had to go to one of the users and remove the Outlook settings in ACT!, ACT! address book from ACT!, Delete the ACT! address book from Outlook, Delete the user profile from Outlook, Reboot, Set up a new user profile in Outlook, set ACT! up to use Outlook as the mail client again and then it works.
