History information not displaying

Hi folks.

 

   Using ACT 2009 Premium.  We have a problem where every so often, ACT will stop displaying the information in the Regarding column on the History tab.  Restarting ACT seems to solve the problem, but is there any way to prevent it from happening in the first place?

Any chance that you are not shutting ACT! down at the end of each day...?

 

If so, I would recommend doing a shut down or restart at the end or beginning of each day so that windows can kind of "reset" itself...

I'm pretty sure that we reboot our computers at night.  Closing and restarting ACT does seem to fix the display issue.
