History Reports

Is there a way to run a History Summary or Notes summary that shows the contacts within the lookup that have none?

 

When I'm looking at Company XYZ I see that 8 people received emails and 5 of those phone calls but I don't know off hand how many contacts we have there.

 

I need a report that shows me the people who were not contacted.

You would need to run a Contact Activity Lookup (Lookup/Contact Activity) and use the "Not Changed" option to see contacts who have not had History recorded.  The report itself cannot run this type of query, but once you have your lookup, you should be able to run a report off of that.
