I'm using ACT Premium 2011 Ver. 188.8.131.52 Hot Fix 6. I amd trying to run the notes history reprot on an outside sales rep from last month. When I run the report, it only picks up once contact that she has notes on instead of the 10+ entries she has. Has anyone else encountered this problem with ACT not printing the report the way it should?

What user filter settings are you using? Should be all users on the general tab and the specific user on the Notes and History tab.

What date range settings are you using on Notes and History? Perhaps try all dates.

Last month would be December and Current month would be January. Which month did you want?

Try setting the date range using the custom settings rather than the Last Month from the dropdown.
