I run a history report to show all calls made by an individual employee. The report does show results but there are definately some that match the criteria that are not showing up on the report. I am using ACT for web 10.0. Is this a known issue? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I have heard of some differences with Web and Desktop person but make sure in the Activities / History TAB that you select the user you are trying to report on and in the General TAB select all users as the contact he/she has worked with may not be contacts with the user selected as the record manager.
