Histories for some activities are not recording

Histories for meetings are not recording in the History List. It seems random as to what and what does not get recorded. My calendar is 2-way synched between MS Outlook and Act!. Some meetings record and others don't. Does anyone know how to get meetings to record every time?

Hi Jennifer,

I have a few questions about how you're using Act:

1. What version of Act are you using?
2. Are you clearing the meetings after they have been held. This is what cases the meeting to move from the Activities tab to the History tab.
3. Where are you creating the meetings that don't appear to be recording histories? In Act or Outlook?
