For example I have a action event dated on February 3rd I done this event today but I didnt change the date..... when I go in the history I dont see today history, action is dated in the history on february 3rd..... normal ?

Via define fields you 'll find a checkbox for each field you might want to take track of in the history. By default that is only activated for some basic fields. But you can modify that for for any field you wish.

I've checked almost all field but I dont have history log....
What I done is I only entered a note in the customer event action BUTthe date STILL remain as original, no changes. Si if I want to have a history log, I need to change the action to the date as today and after make a done action.

No, there is no way to track changes users make to a history record.

Il y a aucune moyen de savoir ce que lautre utilisateur a changer ou du moyen sur quelle fiche client il a eu des changements ?
There is no way to know what the other user has changed or the way on which customer record he had changes?
