Is there a way to hide history in 2011 premium web version- we download patient treatment forms in the history and only want them viewable by a few of the office staff or is there a better way to attach emails to a contact

No, a sistory can only be public or private. If it's not private, then anyone who can see the record can see the history. You might consider putting this information in a memo field instead of History. This type of field can be made read only or hidden from some users.

Only the record manager of the history entry can view it if it is marked Private. By default, the Record Manager is the user who creates the entry, but this can be changed by editing the entry.
