We have quite a few groups already created, but want to see if there is a better way to use them.
The issue is, in each group A we could have 20-100 customers, some customers in the group would have a higher priority to be called because they may not have been talked to in a greater amount of days than other customers.
SInce we have many groups, this makes the calling lists even more complicated because the Priority list of customers to be called spans all the groups
We want to create a priority list of who needs calling from each group first based upon how long it has been since they were contacted vie email or call.
I don't know if there would be a way to do this using the existing features in ACT or if we need a programmer to assist with additional add on software.
Does anyone have any ideas or know of anyone that does this sort of additional programming?
