Hello,
I am trying to update V 16 and it will not work. I tried to update first time and the intallation process would not download the required "Microsoft C+" or similar file. It said it could not locate the file to download and try later. I eventually canceled the installation and tried again. On other attempts the Act Update Download Progress starts and when finished and when extracting I get the error message: "There is not enough space on Drive C:\ to extract this package." There is plenty of room on Drive C and I keep getting this same message.
Any thoughts/ideas?
Thanks!
*****UPDATE: Turns out I was able to install the update manually be going to Support/Downloads Center section.

I'm no expert but... Sometimes this can happen whenFree Hard Drive Space is a Multiple of 4 (80 Gigabytes for example) If desired, temporarily copy a file to change the size of the Free Hard Drive Space to one that is not a multiple of 4, and try again.
Best regards

What juancho said does sound like the issue, as it has happened to me before
