Have the SA password but still cant connect to the ACT7 Instance.

Hi,

 

I have received the sa password utility from Sage and extracted the password for the ACT7 Instance. However when i try to connect to the instance in SQL express i receive a login error incorrect username and password. I have copied and pasted the password from the utility and entered sa as the username.

 

Has anyone else used this utility to connect to the SQL DB or am i using the wrong details some how.
