Handheld Contact, iPhone and Security Settings

I would like to make Handheld Contact available for many more in my company but I'm concerned about accidental erasures, etc. Is there a way to indivualize that program to avoid potential problems? For instance, not allowing a user to delete records.

You should test it, but a don't think that deleting contacts in Handheld Contact on the phone will delete from ACT!
