Hi, using ACT templates our emails are all sending as plain text and attaching our logo etc. This happens with emails message from template with one email or many. If sending one email we can see it come up in Outlook of course, and it looks fine in html, but then the recipient gets it as raw text? If we copy and paste the html before sending, and paste it into a new email, the recipient correctly gets it in html!
This is a fairly new issue we've just discovered after years of them sending correctly. We have ACT premium 188.8.131.52 and Outlook 16.0.6868.2067
Thanks for the help

To turn on the new features, head to the Labs tab in your Gmail settings and enable the new "Inserting Images" option. Then, assuming you have "rich formatting mode" as your default composing option, you'll now have the ability to embed an image inline with the text of your message.
