Help, we transferred over from ACT 6 to ACT Premium 2011 and we have noticed we are missing a substantial amount of contact notes. I confirmed we have all dates, all users and private notes visible but they still seem to be missing. Any help would be appreciated.

Welcome to the ACT! Online Community!
The first step is to make sure you are looking at the correct tab. With V6 there was a single tab for Notes, with later versions (including 2011) there are 2 tabs: Notes and History. Check the History tab for the missing items.
If they are not in the History tab, there may have been some issues with the original V6 database that caused the Notes not to carry over during the conversion. Here are steps to test this:
- In ACT! V6 (the database should still be available) > Save a copy of the database to a new name
- With the V6 Actdiag tool, run maintenance on the new copy of the database. Here is an article with the steps (use the Scan & Repair section): KB Article 11462
- Run the Scan & Repair step 3 times, then reopen the database in V6 (to recreate the index files)
- Close the database in V6 and open/convert in ACT! 2011. When conversion is finished, check Notes.
