HELP - Historical Notes showing up the same for some Clients / Contacts

Need some assistance...

 

We are seeing some strange behaviours with ACT! 2011 Premium, all relating to Notes added to the History of a Contact.

 

  1. Contacts are not linked.
  2. For some Contacts the historical notes are showing up as the same for all affected Contacts, even though they are not linked.
  3. In other cases, recent historical notes entered on one day, do not show up at all the very next day.  They simply disappear, even though they are saved correctly.

i have run the standard administrative features to re-index and defrag the database, but this hasn't fixed the issue.

 

I am concerned that we're having some database corruption.

 

Has anyone else experienced this before?

 

And if so, how do we fix it?

what size is that Database?

You've been doing daily backups?
