Hi,
None of my users can create contacts from companies when you click on the button nothing happens, no error messages, zip, just nothing happens.
I have:
Reviewed the duplicate checking settings (turned them off)
Made sure all machines have the latest Hotfix
Checked and repaired the database
Unlinked date fields
Last week I got the button working again (not sure how) and then today I was adding contacts and the first couple worked fine and then bam, nothing I do will get the button to work.
I'm running ACT premium 2012 with hotfix 6
Any ideas what is going on and how to fix it?

As a sanity check, does it work for you on the demo database?
