My previous ACT is ACT! for Financial Professionals 11 on a XP computer. After change new computer WIN7 with 64 bits, the software is not compatible. So I installed new V17 ACT Premium. I can open the old database, but when I change address and click PRIMARY, there is a pop up shown as below capture. And the address cannot be changed. Anyone has the same situation and how to fix that? Thank you very much.

I tried to follow the instruction, but a few questions as below:
1. My problem seems like is not relevant to web and outlook.
2. I don't know which version for the IIS.
3. I can't find the Internet Information Services while expand Services and Applications.
4. I didn't have a folder named Act for Web
Could you kindly advise above? Thanks.
