HELP!!! ACT 2012 PREMIUM REPORTS NOT SHOWING DATA

Hello,

I created a custom report, at first data came out now it is a blank page. All that showed

was the header on Friday.

Any Ideas?

Because it's a custom report and you provided no information regarding the structure of the report, no I can't make any suggestions other than it could be corruption in the XML code for the report template.

 

Please provide more information.

I put in fields from Opportunities.  ex of fields are: Record Creator, Opprotunity, Contact, Stage, Status, Item, Price Create Date.

I saved it with the other reports, using default ext.

I just put fields on blank template and saved in default location

with default extension.

Did you start it as a blank opportunity report?

Do the opportunities have a contact linked to each of them?

What filter settings are you using?

I opened new template from Opportunities.  Chose record type and added field on template that were listed under

the record type.  Then saved.  This is how it told me to do this.

Do each of your opportunities have a contact record attached?

What filter settings do you use when you run the report?

I am just doing some testing and 2 opportunities do have contact fields.  Filtering preview and all users and current month.

I did have data when I ran the report 4 times.  Then all went blank.

Please, all the filter settings, open or closed. The date range depends on the state of the filter settings.
