We run ACT and Outlook and get the two to talk to each other.
This is fine, but to allot a message to a particulat contact is time consuming. In outlook 2010, which we only had a test version adn this has run out, if we go into rules we can define rules to allocate inward messages to the contact in ACT.
Has this issue been fixed, or is it likley to be fixed?
We are using Sage ACT! Pro 2013 Version 18.104.22.168
