Groups and setting filters

Hello all

I am now working on building my groups and setting the associated filters

I got one product type (product name) that has many providers (associated with)

I have set up a group for the product type and set the filter so it shows all clients with that product.... how do i now do a sub group with the same filter but limited to just the provider????

Thanks

Jason

Re: Groups and setting filters

Hello Jason,

Groups and subgroups are separate entities with separate membership criteria. For the subgroup, you would need to define a criteria that includes the product filter you used for the Group, plus the provider filter for that subgroup.

Re: Groups and setting filters

Thanks i have already done that

What i cant get to work is to use the "associate with" field as it does not show up in the list unless i am blind and not seeing it
