Group Database Gets STUCK

We have about 900 groups -- and quite frequently, I get "stuck" on one group record.  If I highlight another group, it won't bring it up.  If I reset the Look-up, it won't look up the new record.  In order to get "unstuck" I have to shut down ACT and reopen.  This happens multiple times every day.  Refresh doesn't work either.

I've not heard of this happening... does it happen for all users of just one?

Have you done a Reindex recently?

What version of ACT! (the full build from Help | About)?
