Grant calendar access

Hi

 

Is there a way to update the calendar access on mass instead of 1 by 1?  Our customer has a few users and every time they add a new standard user they need to login as each user and make the change.  

 

Trying to find out if there is an easy way to update this for all users.  Maybe a value we can change in the database?  Changing the users to manager is not really an option.

Question, calendar access to the ... or ...  contacts access?

 

Do you create contacts as public or limited access?

 

If it's about access to contacts, I think it can be handled more efficiently if users are included in a team, that way when you add a STANDARD user you can include it in the team.

 

Do not forget to make periodically database backup, and place a copy of the ZIP file in a USB memory or external disk for more security - Also make a written note in Safe place with database ADMIN user and password

 

If you have Act! Premium Cloud, the backup is guaranteed

Hi Juan

 

We are taking about calendar access via "Schedule | Grant Calendar Access...".  All of the contacts are public with no limited access.
