I am using Cloud and trying to set up google integration for my email. It requires a download of and aoi file that my system can not open. On the boards here, solutions are provided for a file load from act onto a "C:" drive to open the file. I cannot find anything to help for "Cloud" . please assist if you can...

Hi ! please try with internet explorer in case if you're using a different browser.
Ensure Act web integration is first downloaded and installed from tools > preference > email option.
