So we had gmail integration working fine for a few weeks, but over this past weekend it has stopped working. Can't register a gmail account, and whenever I try to connect to the server in the Integration tool, I get the following message: "The Act! Premium for Web service can not be reached at this time. The database may be locked or the network connection may be down. Please try again later."
The support page on the Act! Knowledgebase for this error seems to be saying that they have no idea what's causing this error or when it'll be fixed, as of Valentine's Day. Have there been any further updates on this, to anyone's knowledge?
