Using v17. Set up google integration for the purpose of recording sent email text. It works for a while, and then just stops randomly. Under 'Google Integration Preferences' ---> 'Schedule Google Integration' we have it set up to execute hourly (we have also tried daily). This process will stop after a day or two, or sometimes after a few hours.

Can you still sync manually from the Tools > Integrate with Google menu?
Also, it would be worth checking antivirus/firewall exceptions, and that UAC is disabled. Here's a Knowledgebase article on the subject: http://kb.swiftpage.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/25125
Does the issue occur for other Windows users?

Hi Gary, yes - we can usually restart the process by going to Google Integration Preferences, schedule automatic integration (and put a date where we want to start) and click OK. The process will run for a day or two (sometimes less, sometimes longer) but will eventually stop. It seems to occur with all of our 5 users, and we are all using different operating systems (XP, Windows 7, Windows 8). We had this same issue when we we were using a previous (2013) version of ACT, but it was less common seemed more stable than what we have now.
I will check out the article on firewalls. Thanks for your assistance.
