Using v17 and have been trying to get our team all up and running with Gmail integration. We are having a problem that I had not seen before today.
History is showing up with wrong record manager. Example: I send an email through gmail to a contact. In History, the email shows up, but it has another ACT user showing as the record manager (as if it was the other user who sent the email). This is a new problem that I had not seen before today.

Your issue sounds similar to the one described in this thread. Please could you check the suggestions mentioned in there and report back?
