Global Search No Longer Works

Global Search No Longer Works

Using the global search field (field to the far right of global toolbar in Sage ACT! Premium 2012 Version 14.1.108.0) no  longer produces ANY results. I can click on all boxes in the "Show Only" column of the subsequent window, and the simplest word search produces no results (e.g. on "August"). It used to work, and only recently quit.

I followed your steps (plus, I cleared the logs), and it still doesn't work.

Here are instructions for recreating the search index files: KB Article 30322

 

Test the search function in the Demo database - does it work there?

I also had the same issue, and tried to locate the link KB Article 30322 but was unable to get the relevent page it took me to https://support.na.sage.com/ page

Can you please let me know the steps or any other link where i can check the artical for recreating the search index files on Sage ACT 2012
