Just bought ACT myself (used it a couple years ago at another job) and want to implement GTD with it as well. There's a nice GTD and Outlook white paper on www.davidco.com which gives some good ideas (creating categories for ToDo's like @Office, @Home, etc.) that I think would be transferrable to ACT, but it's going to require some translation to make it easy to implement in ACT. I'd be interested in continuing this thread and seeing what we could come up with. I did a web search on ACT & GTD and saw a couple random threads. I saw a reccomendation of using the Group feature in ACT for a Project, and then assigning to do's and appointments to that group. I may try this out for a couple projects.
I'm in the process of transferring some Outlook calendar and to do items to ACT right now. Then I want to trying to sync to my Palm Treo for easier call management and To Do List tracking, calendar, etc.
