We have setup an activity series template and it is working great. We want to see if there is a way to further automate the steps instead of manually making each one happen. As as example, the 3rd step is to send our current newsletter - to make this happen we have to go to the menu and select the email template and then attach the newsletter to the email and send it. We would rather it be in a scheduler so it looks and see who has to receive that email and then it will go out in a batch mode for the day. Is this possible? Any add-on products available? Even if it all the steps cannot happen, automating some of them would be great.
We are running ACT! by Sage Premium 2010 on Windows 7.
