Frequent KERNEL32.DLL error on various clients

From time to time we recieve following error and Act!Premium2012 HF3 crashes.

Faulting application name: ActSage.exe, versie: 14.1.108.0
Faulting module name: KERNEL32.dll, version: 6.1.7601.17651
Exception code: 0xc0000005
Fault offset: 0x0001139d
Faulting process id: 0x%9

 

Has anyone seen this problem before ?

 

Our clients all have Windows 7 - 64Bit
