Free Trial for Act 18

Has anyone successfully tried the two week free trial of Act 18?

 

I have been unsuccessful and support was non-existent until trial period was over;then they suggested that I purchase the product and they would help me.

Gary, the first attempt to use the trial ended with never receiving information to sign in to the cloud version. This was on the 6th of January.

 

I then used my main email address to attempt another use of the trial.  Got as far as uploading my ACT 15 dB.  Then received this error message:



Database Upload Error Notification

Hello,

Thank you for your Act! database submission. It appears that an error occurred before your upload was complete, and a ticket has been created with a database technician to complete your request. The technician may reach out to you if they have any questions, and will contact you once the database restore is complete. Please allow up to 1 business day to be notified regarding next steps.

The Act! Team


 

Never heard from anyone before the trial ended. Never received a ticket number.

 

I then submitted a support request and received this ticket: 8010459148

 

Which basically said that since my trial had expired, contact sales and purchase the product and they would then help me.
