Font diferences ACT! V16 Layout

ACT! V16 Premium Windows

Windows 8 Prof 64 BIT

SQL Server 2008 R2 Express Service Pack 2

 

In one computer I have differences in the Font size, on the other computers is Not the same situation.

 

How can  I fix it?

Hi Juan,

 

It looks to me like the DPI setting has been changed on the computer.

 

refer to this KBase Article for steps to correct:  http://kb.swiftpage.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/26349

 

But basically, if you are Using anything other than 96DPI (or 100% - small on newer machines) then Act! will tend to display items incorrectly.

Did you try to copy the text "Open date" (or another label) to Prod and change the name into "Prod"? Did you make the font very big, (for instance 28 pt.) and then back to the original size? Maybe the corresponding font is not excisting on that computer, and it takes a default one for that.

No, but I Have other computers with the same database as those computers are not having the same Problem.

 

Do We have a article solution to any screen problem?
