Font Issues After Update

Our database is shared and all computers accessing it are on Windows 10.  On October 6th, our IT person updated us to Act! Premium Version 21.1.187.0, Update 4 and since the update histories that are created from via from our customer support's Zendesk tickets by way of Zepier are now being created with a different default font, bigger font size, and without line breaks.  Before the change, all histories were created with Microsoft Sans Serif font at size 8 with line breaks.  Now they are coming with Times New Roman font at size 12 without line breaks.  There have been no changes to Zendesk or Zapier's in the last few weeks, only act has been updated.
