Firewall issues accessing ACT! 2011 web

I have been successfully using the remote access for my ACT! databases for quite a while and LOVE this feature.  Couple months ago made changes to my home business system such as upgrading to MS Exchange Online and Outlook 2010.  After these changes I could no longer access my ACT! databases either at the host machine or remote.  After running actdiag and fixing the database and doing some troubleshooting with IIS 7.5 for Win7 I was able to access my database directly but when I tried to use the internal IP I get a 403 error when using IE but works OK with Firefox.  As another experiment to try and troubleshoot my access issues I turned of the Windows firewall completely.  When off I can access my external IP address and login to ACT!.  If I turn the firewall back on I get the "Page can not be displayed" error.


What do I need to do to turn my firewall back on and still allow ACT to access remotely?



I may not know what I'm doing when I start but I will by the time I'm done.
